Product Review

Garnier SkinActive Micellar Cleansing Water

  • I recently purchased the new Garnier SkinActive Micellar Cleansing Water for Oily & Sensitive Skin (Green). The product didn’t irritate my skin and it didn’t leave my skin red. It did leave my complexion less oily so it did mattify it some. I was reading up on the product and noticed it has directions for removing eye makeup that I didn’t know about. It says to pour some product on a cotton ball or pad and hold it over closed eye for a few seconds and then gently wipe away. I will be trying this method to see if it works any differently for myself.

*** I wanted to add this before posting to give my review on the way to bottle recommends to use this product. I tried removing my eye makeup the way it recommends by pouring product on a cotton pad and to hold it over the closed eye and wipe away. It honestly didn’t remove anymore make up that way than it did the way I have been doing it. It would be more of a preference of how to use it.

Hard Candy Color Correct Cushion Wonder

  • This color corrector is BOMB! I have never tried anything that works as great as this does and that is very affordable. The only thing negative I would have to say about it would be the scent. I can tolerate the scent but to me it has a paint scent. Although you won’t smell it when it’s on your face, just if you actually smell it. I will definitely be trying out the other color correctors they have to see if they do just as much magic as this one.

Wet N Wild Liquid Liner

  • I wasn’t very impressed with this product as I had hoped I would be. The only time I use this kind of liquid liner is when I do a wing. When I drew my first few lines it applied good but the more I used it, it seemed to not show up. It was almost like it was empty and this was the first time I had used it. Once I noticed it not showing up on my eye I marked on my hand to see if I wasn’t doing something right. It was as if the color wasn’t getting to the tip of the brush. I will give this another shot, might have to shake the pen a time or two but I will try it again and see how that works.
